EXTRA CREDIT
City Council voted monday 5-4 against having the possibility of a new NASCAR track be voted on by the citizens.

i street race so if we street racers can race on that track on friday sundays and saturdays then yeah but if not then no becuase we are doing illegal street racing so yeah i say if we can strret race on it but if no then i say no ok thanks and umm call me if you want to go to any street races ok il be at the street race on firday and sunday or you can call my friend jhonny.
i really dont know about those things so i would just let everybody else decide :-)
I REALY DONT LIKE CAR RACES SO I THINK THEY SHOULDNT DO IT BECAUSE THEY CAN ALSO USE THE MONEY FOR SOMETHING ELSE BUT THATS MY OPINION
i disagree with that because the people should be the ones making the decision for their own community and shouldnt have people vote for them their the ones who live here anyways plus i think that, that will bring alot of popularity to commerce city and i think that that it would be great for our community and .
if i were a council person i would have voted yes for it because like i said it would be good for this community since most of our land is all bussiness then some fun activities wont be bad at all.
i think that the council should now vote again because they shouldnt be the ones voting on that because the people have the right to chose what they want for their community.
I dont think that commerce city should build a race car track because, commerce city is a small town and by building a race car track that will bring more people into commerce city..
i think it is a bad idea because their going to spend alot of money, but i also think that is good for the people who like NASCAR races so i rely don't care.
it doesn't matter to me.
i think that nascar is pretty cool u get some great modified cars and see them battle for #1. and its a great way to advertise.

I think that they should build a nascar track here cause it will make commerece city look good. this will bring more money to our city
To start im not from the cc but i dount think that the race trac should not be biled. there are some good reason that it would do good for the cc, but there are also some not so good reasons. like for example a good one is all the money it would bring to the city. the not so good reason is that all the people that live near it would be noise and would get people mad.
I think that it would be a good idea to put nascar it would bring money, and people to commer city and it would make it look like a better city.
I think that it's a good idea because people in Commerce City really don't have anything to do now they're building malls and stuff out here, but it kind of gets really boring. Now if there was a NASCAR track out here there would be more intertainment and more people would see that Commerce City is not that bad.
I think that it dose not matter what most of us got to say because the city councle man already descided that they would make the descition for the people so it dont really matter what i think.
